OOze should not stop Beasts movment

When turning OOze on/off it stops the UB.

It is very annoying to always click to make it move again.

My opinion.

It's pretty damn annoying, no matter how fast u click after there is still a pause cause of interface not responding instantly. Not a problem with engine** just caused by latency.
