twilight of the arnor bugs question

I have DA and I was thinking about buying TAO but reading about some of the AI bugs kind of scares me away from it.  From reading here it seems like people have problems with the AI not expanding properly and not building anything on their planets?  Is this a widespread issue or does it seem to only happen with certain combinations of settings?  I haven't seen a lot of posts about it here so I was wondering.

I just finished an abundant all immense game on the latest build and can say that on suicidal at least the AI had no problems colonizing or building PI. Not that there was any thought given to what PI's it did happen to build, but it built them.

On Maso, the AI is seriously outgunned.

That being said, IMHO i won't get the use out of TA that i do with DA, personal preference, but i would still reccomend you buy it. It's far more receptive to modding.

Besides, not sure why you can't, i can. I can't imagine the EU edition being any different, but like i said, post to bug reports.
