Overseer bugs?

Was playing around with overseers.

1) If you buff a unit's max HP then heal it up real quick to max, then buff it again, you lose hit points. The "rebuff" takes off the hit points you just gained, and you have to heal them up all over again. Is this a bug, or intended?

2) I couldn't really get overseers to autocast. Has anyone seen them do it?

happened once to me with the autocast failing i just disabled and re-enabled it again and worked the first one i aint niticed in all fairness

lol I can't even get overseers to actually use there ability.
