Soundpackager problems

Love the program Soundpackager, but it doesnt like my pc, i have installed and reinstalled numerous times, and after installs, it just runs weird, then reaches a point where the sound is breaking up, and you cant tell what the sounds are, are there known problems with soundpackager and vista 32??? Once i remove it, and then do a system restore before the install things work just fine, hopefully someone here has an idea or a quick fix that i am missing, i really would like it to work properly cause i just love this app, so now i am picking all your brains for something, thanks in advance!!

I've never seen or heard anything like that.

No issues with the default windows sounds?

no the windows sounds work fine, but not when Soundpackager is installed, once removed, they work just fine, i know to try and narrow this down, the list would be huge, i can live with windows sounds, i was kind of just seeing if anyone else had a similar problem, see i had just recently re installed it, and it didnt start messing up until after a few days of use, all the stardock apps work and do what i want this was just a luxury,
