Ive been trying to upload a misc.icon and it does its usual thing and tells me the uplod is complete...however then it says that the file must be included when uploading...the file was included and in a ZIP... Any help out there? thanks

I had trouble earlier today Skinhit, same error as you, only I have flash 9, so I used the old upload, and that worked, new one is working [for me] now though. 
I do and I would give you some Karma for this but your a little Karma heavy already...

Ok...So it's been working fine for me until today. Using IE and Flash Player 9 and its telling me my skin has failed to upload and I need to include the file!
PLEASE BEFORE I THROW MY COMPUTER IN THE FRONT YARD!
I've been having trouble uploading anything over 28 MB to the dream gallery since December and Stardock Tech Support's answer was to update to Flash 10.
Needless to say that didn't fix it and I've given up on getting it resolved. I'll just wait for the site update to upload anything larger.
Something is borked with the uploads right now, looking into it.

It happened too me twice Saturday Jack and the third time it went though, latest Firefox and flash 9. 
We've had reports of failed uploads, specifically in regards to the 28 MB cutoff that CarGuy1 was talking about, but have been unable to reproduce them.
Shirl, buddy, can you shed any light on TEH stuff missing from personal galleries hon? hehehe it's usually the other way around
folks complaining about stuff shoved into them, now I'm complaining about accepted/public stuff not showing in them.l
Can't upload a 1600x1200 preview, but 1280x1024 uploads fine? Weird. Whats with the daily favorites on the home page? They haven't changed in forever. I also am using Flash 9 and IE7.
You would have to list the names of the skins.
Anybody else having issues uploading, please include as much information as possible such as browser info, etc.
