That's funny, I drove my boss and his family to the airport this morning. They went to Florida for 2 weeks. It was 20 degrees this morning here in Jersey now it's 35. He told me he didn't have to bring coats.

2 weeks oh what shall I do?*_*

I'm in Deltona, FL,  (Lantec and LifeSparkles...we need to do lunch sometime!  I didn't know anybody here lived so close to me).  I noticed last night there were icicles off my garage roof!  I'm glad I saved some of my Wisconsin clothes! (for when I visit my family there...this is the first time I needed to wear that thickness of wool here).

Actually, I heard on the local news yesterday that IF the citrus crop makes it through the freeze, the fruit will be super sweet.

Oh, and about that lack of humidity....I don't like it.  It dries my skin out, and reminds me that it really is winter.

I live in the Tampa area of Florida.  We hit a low of 27 here this morning, with ice all over everything outside!  Geez...felt like I was up north somewhere!  But, alas, it is finally supposed to warm back up to the 70's by Friday....yea!

It sure will.  I have white grapefruit and tangerine trees.  MMMMM Good.

Hey MJ............Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.  Time for a coffee get together next week I hope.

Hudson, FL here.  25F at 5:30 this morning.  We've been letting faucets run for a couple of nights to keep pipes from freezing..........We're such whiners down here.

I don't know John, when I woke up I would swear I was partially frozen solid.  Sounds like you have the same duct man we do.  It keeps the critters warm in the winter and cool in the summer under the house.#:(

There's a place north of Melbourne [Australia] called Ballaarat ....it's the goldfields, etc.....typically 10 degrees centigrade cooler than Melbourne....and Melbourne ain't the hottest part of Oz [hottest I recall was around 45]....it has a lake....called Lake Wendouree  ....usually has swans and stuff....the usual shit....

Yesterday it CAUGHT FIRE.

Anyone doubting global warming is talking out of their arse.

In this stinkin' heat Jafo, I'd seriously consider moving to that shithole [Melbourne.. sorry, I hear it's a blizzard 24/7] but I'd kill to be there... just not when it's on fireX|

It was 30 here this morning at 4 am.  It is up to 41 now...heading for 70 today!  The weather people are telling us that this is last of this very cold (by Florida standards) weather this season.  I sure hope they are right!
