[Suggestion] Change "Brilliant Flag" to "Brilliance Flag"

Celerity, Valor, Fortitude, Regeneration, and Rejuvenation are all nouns. Brilliant, on the other hand, is an adjective. Changing the flag to "Brilliance Flag" would be more consistent.
