Translator widget won't work

Security settings

I'm trying to get the Silica Translator (DesktopX Translator) to work, but it's not functioning right.  It loads just fine.  I'm able to either cut and paste, or type out the text I need to translate.

However, when I hit the "Translate" button, I get an error screen: "INTERNET EXPLORER: This page is accessing information that is not under it's control.  This poses a security risk.  Do you want to continue?"

When I hit the "Yes" button, it does nothing.  The error goes away, but the translation won't load.  The error pops up each time I switch languages, and each time I hit the "Translate" button.

I'm sure this is a security setting somewhere, but I can't for the life of me figure out what settings I need to change to get this thing to work right.  Any ideas?

Not sure on this, as I don't  know what Silica's translation source [on the net] is, possibly it's an out-of-date site, or site that's currently down?:'( this would explain why there's nothing to access.. failing that, I don't know buddy :)

Trying to find it but can't.  Post a link to it.

I've got it loaded, there's no error, it's just says 'translating, please wait'.. it still hasn't done it though:blush:

Is there a way to go in a change the source it once used for translation?  I'm sad to see that gone, as it was one of the best in terms of accuracy.

Not sure there is a link to it any longer, or at least if there is I couldn't find it under Silica resources.  I had a copy of this particular widget from an older version of DesktopX I used to have.

saifai, you would need to look at the widget's script to view the source of the translator, then edit that I guess :)
