I honestly can not figure this one out. I need it continue my fleet research, but I can not find the Basic Military Academy anywhere. Ditto for the Just in Time Supplies. Any help????
All those are names of the earlier ranks of the same research line. When you open your research screen and go to "Fleet", that's where they all are. You start from the left, and research each increasing tech working your way to the right.
