Tweak Vista could be a better solution

I have new laptop w/ Vista Home Premium, 64-bit. Here are my problems:

RightClick  loads but won't show

Cannot apply any downloaded Suites except Colors type (don't know how to add themes to Vista)

Icon package4 apply is very spotty (varying percent of possible icons actually apply).

Many DXWidgets load but don't show unless I run DesktopX first and load widgets from it: meters type are not accurate.

Tweak Vista is quite helpful as far as it goes. Could save a lot of member's and moderator's time if it were more robust regarding issues and fixes (if any).
