Tip file?

Hi All:

is it possible to find the file from wich the tips are taken when you start a game and just read it? my PC is fast enough that the game loads before I can read more than a word or two, I think it might answer most of the questions I have about the game.

In the "english.str" file search for "IDS_TUTORIAL" there are some tips from the tutorials, which I'm pretty sure are the same as on the loading screen.
