Rosie O'Donnell she of the heat cannot melt steel and concrete fame and other inane foot in mouth declarations does it one more time.

She calls Israel a 'NAZI STATE" this of course could not be more hurtful to Jews everywhere. I can understand someone taking the side of Hamas, I really can, I don't have to like it or even agree with it, but to compare Israel with Adolf Hitlers Nazi Germany? this is just insane, no wonder her shows are complete failures, I hope she has enough money to last her the rest of her life because no one in their right mind will hire her for anything after this statement.

Perhaps, but Rosie O'Donnell is known for such antics, she has blamed America for the destruction of the world trade centers, in other words a conspiracy theory nut. I would not put it passed her to make such a statement about Israel and I stick to my guns about what I read.

Well here is a fox news clip where they talk about Barr making the comment, 1min 40 into it they talk about O'Donnell but don't mention her saying the same thing as they are attacking barr for saying.

Seeing as this is dated 9th Jan it seems odd that they wouldn't have mentioned it unless it happened after the broadcast but before your post of exactly the same day.  It must also have been missed by everybody else on the internet as the only site I can find linking the statement to her is this one. Type in 'Israel is a Nazi State' into google and watch the pages and pages detailing how barr said it.

Just becuase is maybe the 'sort of thing she would say' doesn't mean that she did say it.

I know one thing.........I'd never want a daughter or granddaughter named Rosie or Roseanne.......

now where does hate come in?  Did I say I "hated" Roseanne or Rosie?  Most people that I know of stay away from names that bring up an unpleasant person of the same name in their lives.  Think about someone that you have bad memories about would you give your child that name?   All I'm saying is these two ladies in the spotlight....named Rose or variation of it have tarnished a beautiful name.  There's nothing rosy about those two.

Rose is a beautiful name.  In fact, my mother wanted to name me Rose but Dad objected for whatever reason.   So sorry that you lost your beloved sister, sounds like much before her time.

Not to mention the two sisters.  Although naming the child Adolf isn't necessarily bad, however adding Hitler as the childs middle name crosses the line IMO.
