'Verifying Download' Problems

I have recently purchased SoaSE and am trying to update it. When downloading the patch, I get all the way through the download to the 'Verifying Download' part then it stops. It just won't move past this part. I even left it running over night and it still hadn't finished. Any help?

Try disabling your AntiVirus and restarting Impulse with admin privileges. Usually clears it up
