a few bugs

Twelfth and thirteenth display incorrectly as 12nd and 13rd. (11th displays correctly.)

Sometimes my ships are invisible, especially if I use Dread Lord ship style.

Sometimes another race will leave a ship on one of my mining stations for no good reason.

When I build a mining starbase it asks multiple times if I want to build a base and if I say no to some and yes to some the base might be invisible.

When I make an improvement give a 16% morale bonus to its planet and a 2% morale bonus to the entire civ, the 2% part doesn't seem to work.
