Problem with title bar skins on Firefox.

Is there a reason why I can't get the Firefox titlebar to skin properly? I have several skins installed but when I run Firefox the title bar is always the classic windows style.

On my PC it works fine but on my laptop it keeps playing up. As far as I know the settings are the same on both computers.

It's happened a couple of time for me as well. A tile/restore of the window usually fixes the problem.
