I'm in denial:
I need to have picked three colleges to visit within two days. Right now, after much researching, I still don't have a clue.
I need to be done with high school early this summer.
This is my last year at home, my last year of quizzing, youth group, my horses.
This is the last year I can wake up in my bed in my cold room and hear my families voices outside my room.
I'll be an adult in 5 months, and 14 days.
My childhood is over. I'm not a kid anymore. Soon I'll no longer be able to make truckers honk. What am I saying? Of course I can. Sometimes I even do without signaling.
I'm completely behind on my schoolwork.
John Kerry is going to win the election, because Americans are ignorant idiots.
My life will change dramatically in about 10 months.
I'll be taking a road trip (probably within the next month) to help make those big decisions: if college is right for sure, and what type of college, how far away, etc.
Just lying. None of it is true. Except the trucker part. I'm going to be a kid forever. I'm going to eat candy and watch cartoons. I'm going to color and be random, something that doesn't fade with age or maturity. But, I'm lying. I'm going jump in the movie "Tuck Everlasting" drink from the spring and be a kid forever.
