Need Help

I cant use any other theme except the one's present in vista. I tried uxpatching manually as well as using Vistaglaz, still i cant change my theme. Am i the first person who is having this problem??? or am i doing something wrong?? plzz help me i really want to customise my pc for new Year .. almost fed up of trying

Having two posts covering the same problem isn't going to help. Did you try what Hankers suggested in the other post?

I gave up on windowsblinds... i want only to use custom theme by patching
