I have been flamed everywhere for asking, but I figured one of you kind folk might know... If anyone knows what object dock skin this is, or even what theme it is, I'd like to know. Thanks for your help.

The docks can be downloaded, and I'm sure you can find a wall on Wincustomize that fits what you want
