So, Adolf Hitler wasn't a kook?  Or Mussolini?  Or some of our very own far right fascists here in the US like those in the John Birch Society or the KKK?  There are Kooks all over the wold in all political persuasions.

For all of these statements you need better proof than the shoe incident. The shoe incident proves ONLY that there are kooks in the Arab world and among the left.

Your examples are also unfair, given that Nazi Germany was allied with Iraq during World War II and with the Baath party and David Duke of the KKK recently visited Syria where the Baath still rule.

Call them right-wing or left-wing, they are the same people.

Why they draw so many left-wing supporters these days it what baffles me.
