Title bar for all windows including internet explorer corrupt under Windows XP x64.
Basically the top of the bar cuts itself off and you can't minimize or close the window by using the top right boxes, have to right click on the lower menu bar and choose minimize or close.
Please post the System info from Windowblinds' configuration dialog. A screenshot would also be helpful.
I'm experiencing the same problem, so I'll contribute a screenshot and config.
WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.3 (build 67 x86) - 64 bit OS
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.

I'm not on 64bit but none of those file dates match my WB 6.3 build 69 x86 & at least some of them should - not all of them changed between build 67 & build 69. I'd first update to the current build using Impulse or reinstall.
