Is losing all your stats a bug?

or some odd game mechanic I don't know about

like logistics, moral, research and so on, things you start with and get from skills.  All of mine were at zero and I was way into a large game, so I don't know when it happened exactly.

I even have logistics trained all the way up.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or a consequence of all my evil actions, or some other game mechanic, I just don't know.

There is a mega-event that makes everbody down. No logistic, speed down to 1, moral divided, etc... There is a new item in the research tree (something like "XXX cure"). Research it and all will return to normal.


If not, well, it must be a bug :S
