Can't install Windowblinds 6

I have been using Windowblinds for years. I had no trouble installing it, until Impulse came along. I have tried everything to install it, and all I get is the Reboot mesasge. I have tried cutting off firewalls and virus scans to no avail. I have been trying everything for weeks, any suggestions?
If you haven't done so already, please email [email protected] and start a trouble ticket. They will be able to assist you.
Have you put in a support request to Stardock? I've had problems with Impulse twice, e-mailed support and they got me fixed within a few days. You should shot them an e-mail and give them as much information about your system as you can find...which version of Windows and service pack, and a detailed bit about what is happening to you.
I emailed them and they told me to disconnect my firewall and virus scan. Still won't run. I'm operating widows XP. I have run out of options.
