Can't submit score to Metaverse servers

I just purchased Gal Civ 2: Ultimate Bundle Pack, created a user on the Metaverse and played a game (ToA).  When I finish the game and try to upload the score to the Metaverse, however, I get the following error:

"(12) Your game submission was rejected because the application serial number does not match the serial number on the Metaverse server.  Would you like to try posting your results again?"

I've tried posting several times, but none of the attempts work.  My serial is correctly registered as far as I can tell (I can update the game via Impulse and Stardock Central).

Any ideas?

Ok the issue seems to be something specific to this particular game I've been playing...I can start up a new game and upload the scores just fine.

Problem solved.
