Desync in v1.1 - with Files

Yep, I played a game last night and about 10 min into the game I noticed I was desynced with at least one of my allies.  By the end of the game, about 40 min, a few of my allies didn't see the same enemy movements as I did.  At about 1 hr into the game it crashed.  I was the host using the Alloy Netcode and playing via ICO.

Here are the files:

i've also had this trouble toguh never had time to post it

was on a 1 v 1 map  my opponent wasnt doing anything    i was vasari playing vs him (advent)

pretty small map and i quickly captured his asteroid,    until i started building stradeports strangly noticed an advent trade port on one of my asteroids (in my color)   (i was vasari)

i talked to him and we were both stating that we had 90% contorl of the system    i decided to give it a try, and i scuttled the advent trade port   when timer hit 0  the game crashed

happend in the BETA btw,

I am surprised it happened to you in a 1v1, it seems to usually occur in larger games.  It happened to me a lot during the Beta, and I know they did some extra debugging to get rid of the desync error.  I don't know how well that went though, considering the problem still exists.  If you ask me, your chances of a minidump/desync error has actually increased with v1.1.  I say kill the Alloy netcode.  That would probably solve all of the problems.

I've noticed it happened in small and large games. personally I think alloy isn't the cause I think its the mostly the people who say alloy doesn't see there IP and can't  host. In my experience these are the people who desync after the game has been going on for a while. I have  yet to experience a mini dump since beta. then again I never had them till 1.05 was release thats when I started dumping.

Also since beta people having been finding exploits to cheat at the game and in 1.1 its no exception I was recently playing a game and a player acquired 8  heavy cruisers, 6 carriers and 3 capships all int the space of less than 23 minutes into the game with only the starting planet and an asteriod none of them had been upgraded. we were playing grindstone so I didn't see how this was possible since most of us were attemping to reach heavy status to begin with.

some one said that the people who were attempting to use the exploits (which will remain unknown so I don't spread cheating) cause desync.

I learned about that exploit yesterday.  I would have to say that using the exploit doesn't cause the desync though (I used it just once to see if I could duplicate their claims and then I stopped using it).  Anyway, I don't know how people were able to discover the exploit, it's not like you do those key strokes in that order under normal playing conditions.

And yes, my guess about the Alloy Netcode is just that, a guess.  However, I have never seen so much desyncing until the Alloy netcode.

Can anyone make it desync without using Alloy? We've never been able to make it happen with or without.

i tried hosting a few games, i have no idea how alloy works but im farily sure alloy makes slower

made 4 (succesfull) games in 1.1 so far   2 of them on alloy (was to lazy to re-change ports)  and 2 with ports reforwarderd

the first 2 games were rather laggy, or atleast had a higher ping (around 218) and felt...  not smooth

2 games after had the usual  50-100 ping and went smoother,    thats way of an actual test, but atleast gives me a feeling that i'd rther play without alloy

(dont comment on that statement just now  just seen from the basics  i know that u shouldnt use alloy if u dont need it)
