Ship and world viewer

Rapid spin

When i go into my ship builder, the grapics for the various ships and hulls spin rapidly and I can not make them stop. I have tried reinstalling the game, after preforming a full uninstall, and this bug keeps happening

When im in the world/map viewer I recive a similar problem, all of a sudden i will be out in unknown space popping around the map in rapid fashion before it settles back down on my section of explored space.

This is for Galactic Civilizations 2 Dreadlords
