I feel like an idiot asking this because I'm sure its somewhere obvious I didn't think to look. The new patch says there is a new manual, but I can't find it anywhere on Impulse or in the game's install folder. Any help?

Are you not seeing it?
Have you updated to 2.0? (I'm unsure if the new manual was a 1.96 change, a 1.99rc change, or a 2.0 change, but I believe it was 2.0.)
