REALLY silly question

I just know I am going to regret asking this BUT When I first downloaded my stardock package there was a folder/menu/list ?? where it showed you all your products and how many items you has eg wallpapers and an update button (NOT impulse) now I havent seen this for a while and was reminded of it whilst seeing a screenshot of it in the comments about the snow dream you can purchase. Any ideas how I can get it back, Please bear in mind I am writing this at work and cannot access my Home PC to check for it and to see how stupid I am going look if its still there after a major reinstall of the o/s recently. https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=744&libid=50

But Impulse is meant to replace SDC shortly
