[BUG] Tooltips displaying as Bold Green [NO TEXT]

I was using Unclean Beast when I noticed this.

When powers are cooling down, the tooltips do not work and instead only display "no text" in brackets. The same thing happened with the Purple Potion when I was dead. The other items seemed to work fine and it went back to normal after I came back to life.
