Just a minute, correct me if I'm wrong. If his graphics card doesn't support per pixel shaders than he wont be able to turn on Aero effects.

Open Windowblinds, go to the system info tab, copy and paste the information you see here.

Windowblinds can run per pixel frames in cases where Aero won't run......... I believe. :)

For Vista, it won't run per pixel if the graphics score isn't at least a 2.0 I think.  This is the problem I experienced when I installed Vista.  It wouldn't even show transparency on trans skins in Vista with WB.  The choice is to get a better graphics card or hack the index score.  I

2. Run GPU-Z

3. Take a screen shot of GPU-Z

4. Post the screen shot on this forum

This will tell us alot about your video card

Sorry, I forgot to tell that I'm using onboard graphic...did it support winblinds??

It'll support windowblinds, meaning you can run the skins but in Vista it probably won't support per pixel or tansparency.  Mine would run the blind, but you couln't see through it and it didn't support the per pixel frames.  If you want to have the trans and per pixel, you need a better card.

Can tell me the minimum requirements of the card that can have transparency. My motherboard support AGP

AGP, that's good.  The minimum I'd go with is something that has 256 mb of it's own dedicated memory.  That will give you more than enough for trans and per pixel, plus, you should have no probs running most other graphic intensive things.
