What is wrong with my CD!!!!!!

I'm downloading ToA with the CD. When i put it in it starts to turn fast and is really loud. My laptop even vibrates. It kinda scary its makeing me mad scince i cant play. Also when i went to download it from impuls i chouldn't open impuls so im really messed up here.
