Taskbar back to XP default

Hello,

 I've just update thur SDC to WindowBlinds version 6.30.095.  It told me to restart my pc for the effect to take place.  After I did my taskbar is now back to the XP default.  I archive back to my previous WB version and rebooted but still my taskbar shows the XP default.  I've tried loading my WindowBlinds RIP Halloween skin and noticed that my WB is now missing the scroll bar at the bottom.  I can't scroll thru all my WB skins to see them.   I have Windows XP SP2.   HELP!!!!!!!  Thank you.
