uploading blinds issues

from WinCustomize Forums

I have made four attempts to upload a blind, all have appeared to fail. there is no indication of file transfers or confirmation screen. I have attempted using two different browsers, IE7 and Safari. Safari has third party cookies blocked, IE7 has that along with first party cookies (WC is an exception for first party cookies - maybe third also, I'm not sure) and "flash" disabled. I am using XP, SP2. When attempting the last upload I noticed an error message icon, double clicking on this, the error mesaage reads:

I just recently uploaded a blind what, maybe a week ago and started my attempts to upload this three days later???

Hey wimpy try https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx/ it worked for me on FF when upload2 would not.

Blasted edit button not working, this is the old upload bag so there will be no screen mask or progress dialog.

go friggin' figure, it worked. at least I received a upload confirmation. any idea what the problem is, is it fixable, will it be fixed, that sort of thing??? hello, anyone???

I think we could use a system status page to let us users know what the problem de jour is or what has/has not been fixed. seems like some of these issues will just get lost between the cracks???
