Skins aren't working correctly

Hello gys! I new to this! I just get the new window blinds version installed but i have a problem.Here it is.

The skin is not working properly. If uTake a look in windows taskbar u will see that it tranforms windows vista 

to windows classic and the whole thing is not like it was ment to be Any ideas? :annoyed:

Is this the trial version or the full version?

 

Windowblinds Configuration > System Info > Copy Text and paste into your reply.
