Maximum Activation Reached

I sent an email to Stardock Support. How long does it usually take to reset the activation?

I'm not seeing anything under your account, otherwise it would be done now. Support tries to reply to tickets within 2 business days of receipt.  Keep in mind that replying to a ticket before you hear back resets the activity counter and places your ticket at the bottom of our queues.  Activation e-mails are top priority here, so you should hear a reply soon.

Hmmm, kind of a long response for such a simple task. Oh well.

butch123, your count should be reset.

x3lumin8x, if Ihad something to reset, I would have, but you don't have anything on your account.  PM me another e-mail and I can take care of it.

Can someone reset it for me...Thanks

The fastest way of getting it reset is to email [email protected]. If there is a problem with associating a users email account, there could be delays in getting it reset by posting only in the forums. I will forward this one on for you.
