AI does not attempt to recapture spawn gate flag

After playing 3 games where I pushed one side hard and captured the spawn gate flag, I noticed a problem with the ai. Namely that if I was not on that side of their base, the ai demigods do not attempt to recapture this flag. They should clearly push on this flag hard. Thoguht I would point this out.

Yeah, keeping their spawn gates should be highest priority after defending the stronghold proper if even that (3 gates v 1 = pwnd and you may need to get another gate to stay alive).
