WinCustomize Site Issues

As I'm sure you have noticed, we had have been having some site issues with WinCustomize over the weekend.  It seemed to have started late last night, and then again into this morning.  We are aware of the issues and are currently working to get everything resolved as soon as possible.  During this time, you might encounter issues with the site.

did you all get hacked? everytime i click on my shortcut to your site it goes to some doofus's personal page saying he owns wincustomize...i have to the click on the home button to get to the front page.... and all my link is set for is wincustomize.com... and the picture of the kid in the weird profile looks like some little gangster loser thug

No.  Server issues.  We are still getting everything back up and running properly.  We should have that issue fixed shortly.

Not sure how important this is, but I thought I would let you know...Before all of this my 3DMetal IP was averaging about 600 downloads a day...And since this happened its gotten 10 or less downloads? Wondering if it has anything to do with all of this, thanks!

I'm not seeing this.  Can you please provide URL's as examples and steps to reproduce.

Not sure how important this is, but I thought I would let you know...Before all of this my 3DMetal IP was averaging about 600 downloads a day...And since this happened its gotten 10 or less downloads? Wondering if it has anything to do with all of this, thanks!

Most likely this was a result of our server issues.  And I see right now it has 45 downloads today so it's going back up.

If I want to update a widget how do I go about doing that? There's not a button that says check if update on submit page.. Should I just wait until things get straightened out?

Well, I just made that reply above. Then I immediately tried to edit. The edit button brought me to this reply window, not an edit window.
