Shell Style problems

No matter what window blind skin I use the left system task sidebar reverts back to the xp blue shell style. I've tried re installing window blinds but the problem persists. If anyone has any suggestions on this problem I would appreciate it.

casecop open up WindowBlinds configuration and click on settings. Take a look at what is set up under Skinning setting, you may need to click or unclick something here.
