[BUG] Item Stats Window Dissapears Quickly

I noticed my first bug, its probalby known already but I could not find a report on it.

After you buy an item and you hover your mouse over it in your item screen, the stats window that comes up to give you the info on that item and only stays up for about 1 second before it dissapears.

This same mouse hover while the item is still on the store works just fine as it displays until you move your mouse off of the item.

I hope I described that ok.

I've had a similar problem. It doesn't happen every time, but sometimes when I go to a shop to check out available items and I put the pointer over an item to see its stats, they appear for a very very short split second and then vanish, and to get them to show up I have to move the pointer around over the item's picture. As soon as I stop moving the pointer and let it rest somewhere on the picture again, though, the stats disappear again. So basically to read the stats I've had to continuously move the pointer around over an item and read the description while it's disappearing and reappearing every split second. It's extremely annoying and not fun for my eyes to try to follow lol. Again, it doesn't happen every time I go to a shop, but I'd say about 1 in 4 times it does. I haven't seen any pattern to it or seen any correlation between it and some other in-game event.
