[BUG] regulus movement animation

I've noticed this occuring several times with Regulus. At various points in a game, for a brief period, ai regulus' will not show the movement animation as they move around - instead, the animation will be stuck in the standing still position, but will teleport very short distances to keep up with the actual location of the regulus (kind of like the bug with the scout in tf2).

Thanks for the report, but on the aside, update your drivers. 177.92 beta drivers are out and they introduced CUDA and at least 10% performance improvement over previous drivers.

yeah maybe, i've had bad experiences with beta video drivers before with blue screen of death.

i'll give it a try, but performance hasn't really been a problem - other than a couple of bugs, the game runs beautifully with no hang or lag
