Lag while shopping

I happen to experience some lag while shopping. It does not happen all the time, but usually when a game is in its last stages (lots of units and strongest units).

i experience the same problem later stages of the game. The game grinds almost to a halt while trying to shop.

How do I attach my dxdiag?
