(BUG-I think) Interface issue

Was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this, but when your in one of the shops or your just checking your inventory; when you mouse over an item you have in your inventory, be it an equipable or consumable, but the tooltip that pops up only stays for about half a second, and if you want to see what an item does you have to constantly move the mouse cursor over the item and keep moving it so you can read what it says.

 

I hope that makes sense, if not i'll try to make it more clear.

yeah, I think that's already been identified as a bug - the tooltips are pretty severely broken

It makes sense, and happens to me too.  When you mouseover something in your inventory, the tooltip shows up but disappears immediately afterward.  Moving your cursor around makes the tooltip re-launch before it can disappear.
