[Visual Annoyance] Top-Center Screen Target Bar

Dunno how to explain this but its the bar on top-center that shows the last unit you damaged.. If you don't kill that unit it'll just stay there which makes it impossible to buy the first item in any shop.. Really Annoying..

And as far as I can tell there is no way to remove it unless you kill the unit.
