I know that the expansion is to include some form of star base - which is good. How about some type of Missile base located on the planet & beam base which can fire into space?

OK, this is also in MOO2... but they were good features! Any plans or can it be modded in?

I think they aready have planned what they want to release in terms of the defense expanion , I know for sure, minefields are most desired by me
