[BUG] Evade glitching

I was playing with regulus and got a +evade item.

When i tried to get healed by the healing fountain at my base it would evade the healing ticks.

Happened to me as well. Only evaded about 15% of the time though so it's probably the item code. This also affects health and energy pick ups.
