[BUG] Attacking enemy mines

Unless I'm mistaken, I probably shouldn't be attacking invisible enemy mines.  It wouldn't be so bad if I could actually damage them (or even see if I was damaging them).  It only happened once or twice during my last game.  I was playing as Regulus and the mines were in the midfield.  Regulus just started shooting an empty spot on the ground and even when I told him to attack elsewhere, he would return to shooting this spot on the ground after his new target was dead.  If I hovered my mouse over the empty spot on the ground, the Exploding Mine name would show up, but I didn't seem to be actually damaging it (nor do I think I should be able to).

Seconded. I've had this happen while controlling all three demigods. The mines take no damage, but seem to have priority as the next target unless you constantly override. Allies will also shoot at the mines, without effect.

Same here, once every single archer creep on the map were attacking the same mine.  But for whatever reason one hit from my Rook took it out... could it be a splash/direct damage issue?

It may have been that the rook triggered it, I'm assuming he meleed it?

Yes, although he had walked over the mine two or three times before.  The hit did show a damage count to the mine though, and it didn't actually explode IIRC (i.e., no damage to the rook)

THAT is bizzare. Not only does it not explode, but it can be meleed? Soooooo odd...

Well, if you mouse over it, it does have a health bar.  In most other games with mines, when you attack them they don't "explode" so much as just de-fuse, but it was kinda annoying to actually try and set off the thing... with a rook... with no result.

Quick question: When mines are set off next to an allied hero/creep, does it take damage? Or does damage only affect enemies?

If it's the former, I can see a strategic loophole of simply mining under your hero for a quick AoE damage.

yea the mine dosn't explode sometimes, seems to be when they're in tight groups.

The mines seem to be very glitchy at times. They often end up decorating the map randomly.

The rook's tower on his shoulder seems to have truesight from what I can tell so thats why rooks can kill it.
