[BUG] Shop item mouseover text missing

I just experience this graphic bug. It has only happened once in about after about 10 games and I have no idea why it happened. I didnt notice anything else wrong with my graphics in that particular game.

I tried to buy something from one of the shops and I could not see any details about any of the items there. I tried a few of the other shops and they were all the same, unable to see anything about the items with a mouseover. I can not confirm if it was the same with skills as it happened late in the game and I didnt open the skills page afterwards. I probably should have checked

This happens for me every game, however I know why. The game is very unforgiving for mouse jiggle first off (I have to lift my puck off my tablet to be absolutely still sometimes). Secondly, the GUI doesn't occlude picking to the units below the items, so you'll mouse over a building or ally/enemy instead of the item in question.

Same as above just that I did get to see the item tooltips for a split second.Then they'd go AWOL
