PLEASE HELP Black background

WB dont look right

I have  purchased and Downloaded WB. Upon opening it through inpluse The background area is black I can make out boxes but really very little writing. I have no idea what to do , I can blindly click around and something pops up but seems useless to me. I have updated drivers , deleted temp etc. I have uninstalled reinstalled sever al time to no avail. I have contact tech support buteverything they told me to , isnt working. Now they wont email me back.

  you missed part of you system info.  Go back and try one more time copy all the info and post it here.  Weren't you in the IRC the other night with problem?

Please send us the link to this post when you create your support ticket so we can pick it up from there. Also did you ever uninstall the trial version when you installed the full version? If not uninstall everything then redownload/install the full version.

never d/l loaded trial version. I bought it out right first. Knowing what i know now i probably should have tried trial version first. I already have a support ticket. I havent heard from tech support for 5 days

RESOLVED!!!!! Apparently Theme manger wasnt able to run because it didnt have acess to All users Document folder. I provided acess and things look great!! Now to tinker so more !!!

This had nothing to do with W? but providing access to download theme manger was the issue. I found it by doing a search and found how to allow access!
