Bug?

So far, I've had a few games online with 1.09, each time I've played those games something weird happened, each time I played, the first couple of minutes the game goes extremely fast.  I set up a game and had all the settings on fast but I've played with those same settings on single and it never starts out like that.  It doesn't last too long, maybe first 10 minutes you are going so fast that its hard to keep up and then a it suddenly goes back to normal.  Anyone else had this?

Perhaps this is because the Devs have let the game speed be limited by the slowest players processor and because at the start of an game not much is happening the game speed just goes through the roof.

That "burst-speed" start never used to happen (at least not to my knowledge) before v1.1 BETA. I have my own theories as to why that is (I believe the new netcode "Alloy" may have something to do with it).....which I have begun testing on my network. :)
