So I was playing a 2v2 game tonight playing advent.  I noticed some unusual audio so I looked over at one of my planets and I saw I had two robotic cruisers built from a frigate factory.   I was able to control them like they were normal ships of mine.   I was right in the middle of the games deciding battle so I wasnt spending much time observing what was going on, but when I checked back in a few minutes I noticed again the planet was auto building structures and building more tec ships.   Some of the advent structures that were being built werent even teched up yet.  Unfortunetly the game mini dumped on us a few minutes later, it would of been pretty fun attacking my enemies with a fleet of advent / tec ships.  Anyone ever have a bug like this occur where AI seems to take control of one of your planets and/or having a mix of different ships?
