Stardock! Could we have a widescreen loading screen for ver 2.0!

Just what it sayes really - at the moment the loading screen for Twilight Of the Arnor (ver1.96) is badly stretched at 1680x1050 resolution, the other screens for Dread Lords and Dark Avatar are quite bad as well..

So guys, how about it then!!  please!

Second that - i have to switch off full-screen- lower everything at 1280x1024 (hiding the taskbar to allow framers) to make it a little less 'awkward'... and losing desktop real-estate.

While you're in there, you might as well catch the fonts re-scaling "patterns" (most obvious in the tech-tree scrollouts ) also. Vista's Segoe is already bad enough on LCD without clear-typing it. Besides, i don't want to resort to 125% interfacing again cuz i bought a PC which should always display 100% properly - anywhere at once.

I have enough troubles with calibrating the 32b colors & shading edges already.
Please, someone, invent the Angle-Reshading correction, be it, a GDI overlay or a material meshing grid device.

The problem now is nearly all new monitors you buy now are widescreen, I was quite surprised by how many games don't fully support it. It is strange that alot of games have widescreen support in the game but dont for the loading screen or movies.

One of the best sites I've seen for showing this is; www.widescreengamingforum.com

I'll see what we can do.

Good, even more scripting 'gimmicks' to center into dxpacks!

All things being relative, adapting any given software to the huge number of different user settings or hardware is an achievement in itself.
